Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an unforgettable evening of sushi, wine, and connection at Sparkman Cellars. We’re partnering with Sushi Kaizen, Seattle’s premier sushi catering and culinary experience company, to bring you a hands-on class led by Executive Chef Jeremy Hall.
Guests will learn to roll and create a variety of premium sushi favorites—California rolls, spicy tuna rolls, salmon nigiri, and more. Each attendee will craft 8–10 pieces of sushi during this guided, interactive experience that blends culinary creativity with fun. Perfect for couples or friends looking to celebrate in a unique and delicious way.

Slip into your dancing shoes and step back in time! Swing It Seattle is bringing the Roaring Twenties to life with a live band, swing dance lesson, and open dancing all night long.
